Kevin Davitt from the Cboe Global Markets has revealed that Bitcoin Futures (XBT) are at their lowest volatility level since they were launched last year.

The average 7-day volatility for XBT in October was 6.6% which is a drop from 28.23% in December 2017 after they were launched.

Some in the crypto community believe that the reduced volatility is a sign of exhaustion by retail investors while others believe that the market is stabilizing.
