In its Q3 report to shareholders, US-based financial services company Square has reported that it earned $43M in Bitcoin (BTC) revenue. The platform added support for BTC in its Square Cash payment app earlier this year.

The company paints a rosy picture excluding BTC revenue as well, stating that “total net revenue was $839M, up 43% year over year”.

Square has increasingly developed cryptocurrency-related products, open sourcing its Bitcoin cold storage service in October. The company has been in excellent standing, surpassing Twitter’s market cap recently as well.
